14-Day Right of Return

• You have 14 days from delivery to return your order
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Contact us at info@desirelove.be to start a return

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened intimate products (vibrators, dildos, etc.)
• Used products or products with broken seals
• Personal hygiene items

Defective or Wrong Items

Received a defective or incorrect item? We will cover all costs:

• Full refund or free replacement
• Return shipping paid by us

Contact us immediately at info@desirelove.be with photos of the issue.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
• Refunded via the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email when processed

2-Year Legal Guarantee

All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is defective within this period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
